Nikhil Paul is a small business growth coach who founded We R Human to help kind-hearted underdog companies build their empires. He helps leadership teams get unstuck and helps them build the strategy, culture & systems needed to scale. He has over a decade of experience in starting businesses, building teams and solving culture issues. Clients include Betterment, Tenderly and A Place For Mom. He’s a HubSpot Fellows faculty member and has taught at the Edward M Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate.
